Home care
When a parent wants to stay in their own home but can no longer manage alone, we send our care workers to them. They are qualified care assistants (OSS) who work with us, with the same care we bring to our residences.
We have done this since 2022, in Palermo and the towns of its province.
What we do
Personal care
Help with washing, dressing, getting out of bed and looking after oneself.
Companionship and supervision
Someone at home during the day, for people who should not be left alone.
Escort to appointments
We accompany your family member to medical visits, tests and errands.
Respite for family carers
We take your place when you need to work, rest or travel.
Overnight care
A care worker in the home overnight, so everyone can sleep.
Disability and attendance allowance
We help you prepare applications for civil disability status and the attendance allowance (indennità di accompagnamento), so your family member receives the support they are entitled to.
Tax advice
We help you use the deductions and allowances that reduce tax on care costs, and deal with other paperwork.
