Only the data you send us through the website forms: name, phone, email, town (for home care), the residence or service you are interested in and your message.

Please do not include health information in the forms. If needed, we will discuss it in person.

The website does not use analytics or profiling tools and does not set marketing cookies.

To answer your requests for information, visits or quotes (pre-contractual steps taken at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box on the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Forms are sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the message to ARCA’s email inbox. The service may process data outside the European Union.

ARCA’s inbox is provided by Google (Gmail).

The website is hosted by a professional hosting provider, which processes only the technical data needed to serve the pages (such as IP addresses in server logs).

Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties for marketing.

We keep the data for 24 months from the last contact, unless a contract follows: in that case the periods required by law apply.

Google maps are only loaded if you click “Show the map”. From then on Google may collect data and set cookies under its own policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

You can ask at any time for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) and withdraw consent, by writing to arcatranquillity@gmail.com or arcascs@pec.it.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
